This Healthy Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Baked Chips combines fresh fruit and crunchy homemade chips for a quick, satisfying snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Strawberries (hulled and diced)
1 large Granny Smith Apple (peeled and finely diced)
2 units Kiwi (peeled and diced)
1 cup Fresh Raspberries (chopped)
1 tablespoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
4 to 6 large Whole Wheat or Gluten-Free Tortillas
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil (spray or liquid)
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamo
1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Brush tortillas with avocado oil and sprinkle with cinnamon mixture
- Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange on baking sheets without overlapping
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp, and let cool
- Dice and mix fruit with lime juice and honey in a bowl
- Refrigerate salsa for at least 15 minutes, then serve with chips
