1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour or Oat Flour
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamo
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pa
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth
  3. Whisk in the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until fully combined
  4. Gently fold in the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt until just combined
  5. Carefully fold in the dark chocolate chips
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clea
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use a 1:1 gluten-free baking blend or certified gluten-free oat flour.

A flax egg can be used in place of the egg for a vegan version.
