Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
1 Medium Granny Smith Apple
1/2 large English Cucumber
1 inch knob Fresh Ginger
1/2 Lemon Juice
1.5 cups Coconut Water
1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Wash the spinach, cucumber, and apple. Core the apple and slice it into small chunks, and chop the cucumber into rounds
- Add the coconut water and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the blender
- Add the spinach leaves, cucumber slices, apple chunks, and ginger knob. Drizzle with the sweetener
- Add ice cubes last
- Blend on low speed and gradually increase to high for 45 to 60 seconds until uniform
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
