Description

These Healthy Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll-Ups are a chewy, naturally sweet treat made from fresh strawberries, offering deep berry flavor without refined sugars or artificial additives.


Ingredients

23 tablespoons Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste


Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half
  2. Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener in a high-speed blender until smooth
  3. Pour the purée into a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes
  4. Preheat your oven to its lowest setting and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  5. Spread the thickened purée onto the baking sheet into a thin, even rectangle
  6. Bake for 3 to 6 hours until the surface is no longer tacky
  7. Cool completely, peel off the mat, slice into strips, and roll them up
