2–3 tablespoons Raw Honey or Grade A Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half
- Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener in a high-speed blender until smooth
- Pour the purée into a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes
- Preheat your oven to its lowest setting and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper
- Spread the thickened purée onto the baking sheet into a thin, even rectangle
- Bake for 3 to 6 hours until the surface is no longer tacky
- Cool completely, peel off the mat, slice into strips, and roll them up
