3 tbsp Raw Honey
12 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp Liquid Aminos or Tamari
1 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 cups Cooked Quinoa or Cauliflower Rice
1 cup Sliced Cucumber and Radishes
1 large Ripe Avocado
For topping Sesame Seeds and Scallions


Instructions

  1. Begin by patting your salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel and cut into even 1-inch cubes
  2. In a small glass bowl, combine the raw honey, sriracha, liquid aminos, and freshly grated ginger. Whisk until the sauce is glossy
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil. Once hot, sear the salmon cubes undisturbed for 2-3 minutes
  4. Pour the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon and toss gently to coat. Let it bubble and reduce for 2 minutes
  5. Scoop warm quinoa or cauliflower rice into serving bowls
  6. Arrange the seared salmon, sliced avocado, cucumber rounds, and radishes in the bowls
  7. Drizzle remaining glaze over the bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions

Notes

To maintain texture, store vegetables and salmon separately if prepping ahead. Fresh lime juice brightens flavors before serving.
