23 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 pinch Fine Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice your peaches. Pulse them in a blender with lemon juice until they form a chunky puree
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt. Whisk until silky
  3. Fold the peach puree into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed
  4. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours
  5. Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami using the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Frozen Yogurt' setting
  6. For a creamy texture, add one tablespoon of liquid and run the 'Re-spin' cycle
