Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Ripe Peaches, sliced
1.5 cups Plain Greek Yogurt, Full Fat
2–3 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
Instructions
- Peel and slice your peaches. Pulse them in a blender with lemon juice until they form a chunky puree
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and sea salt. Whisk until silky
- Fold the peach puree into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours
- Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami using the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Frozen Yogurt' setting
- For a creamy texture, add one tablespoon of liquid and run the 'Re-spin' cycle
