1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (70% cocoa+)
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. In a large glass mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flaxseeds, and sea salt, stirring until evenly distributed
  2. Add the nut butter, raw honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until a thick dough forms
  3. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow it to firm up
  5. Roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray
  6. Refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes before serving
