Ingredients

1 large Frozen Banana
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
12 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Unsweetened Nut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pour the unsweetened nut milk into the blender carafe
  2. Add the rolled oats and ground cinnamo
  3. Spoon in the natural peanut butter and any optional sweeteners
  4. Place frozen banana chunks on top
  5. Start the blender on low speed, then increase to high and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth
  6. Check and adjust the consistency with more nut milk if too thick, or add ice cubes for a colder drink
