2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
45 cloves Fresh Garlic (Minced)
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (To taste)
Fresh Parsley (Optional, For garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a large rimmed sheet pa
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels
  3. In a bowl, whisk together avocado oil, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
  4. Rub the oil mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring to get under the ski
  5. Sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese on top of each chicken thigh
  6. Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  7. Optionally broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispy ski
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving
