This Healthy Strawberry Avocado Smoothie combines creaminess and vibrant flavor in under five minutes, providing sustained energy without a sugar crash.


Ingredients

1.5 cups Frozen Strawberries
1/2 medium Ripe Avocado
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice


Instructions

  1. Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender first
  2. Scoop the flesh of half an avocado into the jar
  3. Add the frozen strawberries on top of the avocado
  4. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and add the lemon juice and natural sweetener
  5. Blend on the lowest setting gradually increasing to high for 45-60 seconds
  6. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed
  7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately
