Ingredients
2 cups Fresh Strawberries
1.5 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
4 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1/2 cup Gluten-Free Graham Crackers (crushed)
1 tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Coulis: Blend fresh strawberries with one tablespoon of maple syrup until smooth
- Whip the Cheesecake Base: Combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, remaining maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until smooth
- Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted coconut oil
