Ingredients

4 cups Fresh Watermelon (cubed)
2 cups Fresh Strawberries (hulled)
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
12 tablespoons Raw Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
Fresh Mint Leaves (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Begin by dicing your fresh watermelon into small cubes, removing any large black seeds. Hull the strawberries and slice them in half
  2. Blend the Mixture: Place the watermelon cubes, strawberries, lime juice, and any chosen natural sweetener into a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth
  3. Taste Test: Sample the mixture before pouring. You may want to adjust sweetness by adding more honey
  4. Fill the Molds: Pour the fruit puree into popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top
  5. Add the Sticks: Insert sticks into the molds once filled. Cover if needed
  6. Freeze: Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight
  7. Unmold and Enjoy: Run molds under warm water briefly to release popsicles

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to three weeks.

If using frozen fruit, add a bit of liquid for blending.
