Ingredients
1 medium-sized Seedless Watermelo
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Chili Lime Seasoning (optional)
1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Cream or Greek Yogurt
1–2 tablespoons Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Zest
Instructions
- Slice the ends off the watermelon and shave off the green rind
- Cut the watermelon into thick rounds and then slice into sticks resembling fries
- Place the watermelon sticks on a tray and squeeze fresh lime juice over them
- Mix the coconut dip by combining coconut cream, honey, vanilla extract, and lime zest in a bowl and whisking until smooth
- Transfer the coconut dip to a ramekin and serve alongside the watermelon fries
