Ingredients
2 pounds Chicken Breast
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 cup plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
1 teaspoon Chives
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and slice them into strips
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken with the mixture
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, honey, dill, and chives
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet, toss to coat, and let simmer on low for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and rest for a few minutes before serving
