This High-Protein Cake Batter Ninja Creami Ice Cream offers a decadent, protein-packed treat that tastes like traditional birthday cake but supports muscle recovery and keeps you full. Made with clean ingredients and designed for minimal prep time, it's the perfect dessert for fitness enthusiasts.


Ingredients

Scale

1.5 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop (approx. 32g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
12 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 teaspoon Cake Batter Extract
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Guar Gum (Optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large measuring cup or blender, combine almond milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, monk fruit, cake batter extract, and sea salt
  2. Use a milk frother or a high-speed blender for 30 seconds to emulsify the mixture
  3. Pour the mixture into a clean Ninja Creami pint container and do not exceed the 'max fill' line
  4. Place the pint in your freezer for exactly 24 hours
  5. After freezing, remove the pint and place it in the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' functio
  6. If the mixture is slightly powdery after the first spin, add one tablespoon of almond milk to the center and select the 'Re-spin' functio
  7. Once the texture is smooth and glossy, scoop it out and enjoy

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute cottage cheese with thick coconut cream or vegan Greek-style yogurt.

If you prefer honey or maple syrup, use them sparingly to keep the glycemic load low.

To add texture, consider adding a tablespoon of almond flour for a raw flour taste.
