4 cups Mixed Greens

2 tbsp Avocado Oil
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Raw Honey
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, place chicken in the pa

  4. Toast walnuts in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
  5. Place mixed greens in a bowl, drizzle half the dressing and toss to coat. Layer chicken, blueberries, feta, and walnuts, drizzle remaining dressing, and serve
