Ingredients
1.5 cups Low-Fat Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (approx. 30g)
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1–2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Monk Fruit
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Small Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a large measuring cup or blender, combine the milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Whisk or blend until smooth
- Pour the chocolate mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to exceed the 'Max Fill' line
- Place the lid on the pint and freeze for at least 24 hours
- Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place the pint into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami machine. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' functio
- After processing, check the consistency. If it appears powdery, add a splash of milk and use the 'Re-spin' button for a creamier texture
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy immediately
