Ingredients

1.5 cups Chopped Fresh Strawberries
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (Full fat or 2%)
2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 scoop Vanilla Whey or Plant Protei
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (70% cocoa or higher)
1 tsp Coconut Oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing, stemming, and dicing into small pieces
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and protein powder until smooth
  3. Fold the diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture until well-coated
  4. Drop dollops of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet to form clusters
  5. Freeze the clusters for 2 to 3 hours until firm
  6. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a double boiler
  7. Dip or drizzle chocolate over the clusters and return to the freezer until set
