2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup Low-Fat or Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
2 large Ripe Bananas
2 large Pasture-Raised Eggs
1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamo
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins
- Blend oats into a flour-like consistency using a high-speed blender
