Description

This High-Protein Dark Chocolate Trail Mix is a gourmet snack that combines the rich flavors of dark chocolate, crunchy nuts, and chewy berries for a satisfying and nutritious experience.

1 cup Raw Whole Almonds
1/2 cup Walnut Halves
1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup 85% Dark Chocolate Chunks
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
1/4 cup Goji Berries
1 tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, combine the raw almonds, walnut halves, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with melted coconut oil and maple syrup, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Toss to coat evenly
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the tray halfway through
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle the hemp hearts over the hot nuts, gently stirring to combine
  5. Allow the mixture to cool completely on the baking sheet, then transfer to a bowl and fold in the dark chocolate chunks and goji berries
