Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup Plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Maple syrup or Monk fruit
1 cup Almond flour
1 scoop Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch Sea salt
2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add half a cup of plain Greek yogurt and one tablespoon of maple syrup. Whisk until smooth
  2. Fold in one cup of almond flour and one scoop of your preferred protein powder. Stir until a thick dough forms
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. If the dough is too wet, add another tablespoon of almond flour. If it is too dry, add a teaspoon of yogurt
  4. Gently fold in two tablespoons of dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed
  5. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if desired, to allow flavors to meld

Notes

Use room-temperature yogurt for best results.

Adjust almond flour based on yogurt consistency to achieve a doughy feel.

This cookie dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to four days.
