Ingredients
2 Sourdough or Whole Grain Bagels
2 Pasture-Raised Eggs
1 cup Fresh Mozzarella or Sharp Cheddar
2 tbsp Avocado Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Vibrant Vegetables (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach)
4 oz Nitrate-Free Turkey Sausage or Smoked Salmo
Fresh Herbs (basil, oregano, or chives)
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and brush with avocado oil
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast bagels for 4-5 minutes
- Spread tomato sauce or olive oil and garlic on the bagel halves and add fresh spinach
- Distribute the turkey sausage or smoked salmon and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
