Ingredients

Scale

4 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Organic Orange Zest
2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey (Optional)
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Juice
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Zest one of the oranges and set the zest aside
  2. Juice the oranges until you have four cups of liquid, leaving some pulp
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, orange zest, ginger juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well
  4. If desired, whisk in the maple syrup or honey until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter inch of space at the top

  7. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight
