Ingredients
4 cups Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Organic Orange Zest
2 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Raw Honey (Optional)
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Juice
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Zest one of the oranges and set the zest aside
- Juice the oranges until you have four cups of liquid, leaving some pulp
- In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, orange zest, ginger juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well
- If desired, whisk in the maple syrup or honey until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter inch of space at the top
- Insert the popsicle sticks. If necessary, freeze for about an hour before inserting the sticks
- Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight
