2 tbsp Avocado Oil (for searing)
1/4 cup Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
12 tsp Red Chili Flakes or Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or Fresh Lemon Juice
6 cups Mixed Spring Greens or Arugula
As desired Sliced Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber
1/4 cup Toasted Pumpkin Seeds or Sliced Almonds


Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with salt and pepper
  2. Whisk together honey, chili flakes, and vinegar until cohesive
  3. Heat avocado oil in a skillet, sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through
  4. In the last two minutes, pour half the glaze over the chicke
  5. Remove chicken, let rest for 5 mins; assemble greens and veggies in a bowl
  6. Slice chicken, layer on top of greens, drizzle remaining glaze, and add toppings

Notes

Make sure to rest the chicken after cooking to retain juices.
