Description

Hummus and Cucumber Bites are a refreshing, healthy snack made with fresh cucumbers, hummus, and a variety of toppings that provide a satisfying crunch and burst of energy.


Ingredients

1 Large English Cucumber
1 cup Roasted Garlic Hummus
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika


Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it into rounds approximately 1/2 inch thick
  2. Lay the cucumber slices on a paper towel and pat them dry
  3. Use a spoon or piping bag to place about one tablespoon of hummus onto each cucumber slice
  4. Top each hummus-covered cucumber slice with a cherry tomato slice and a few pieces of chopped olives
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of smoked paprika and fresh dill
  6. Serve immediately

To prevent the hummus from sliding off, ensure the cucumber slices are dry.
