Ingredients

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 inch Fresh Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lemo
12 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
1 cup Ice Cubes


Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender
  2. Peeled and chop the fresh ginger
  3. Add the avocado, almond milk, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, maple syrup, spinach, and ice cubes to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness and thickness as desired
  5. Serve immediately
