Instructions
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender
- Peeled and chop the fresh ginger
- Add the avocado, almond milk, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, maple syrup, spinach, and ice cubes to the blender
- Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness and thickness as desired
- Serve immediately
