Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
4–5 medium Fresh Jalapenos
4 oz Grass-fed Cream Cheese
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Flour (Optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut them into uniform 2-inch cubes. Create small pockets in each piece
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until combined
- Stuff each chicken pocket with the cheese mixture and secure if necessary
- Lightly coat the bites with avocado oil and roll them in almond flour if using
- For air fryer: Preheat to 375°F and cook for 12-15 minutes. For oven: Preheat to 400°F and bake for 18-22 minutes
- Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving
