1 lb Grass-Fed Flank Steak
4 cups Organic Broccoli Florets
1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into very thin strips and pat dry
- Whisk together coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, monk fruit sweetener, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add xanthan gum if using
- Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef in batches for 2 minutes per side
- Pour sauce over the beef, return broccoli to the skillet, toss for another 60 seconds, and remove from heat
