Ingredients

1 lb Grass-Fed Flank Steak
4 cups Organic Broccoli Florets
1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum


Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into very thin strips and pat dry
  2. Whisk together coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, monk fruit sweetener, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add xanthan gum if using
  3. Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef in batches for 2 minutes per side
  5. Pour sauce over the beef, return broccoli to the skillet, toss for another 60 seconds, and remove from heat

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Reheat in a skillet to maintain texture.
