Description

Experience the ultimate culinary satisfaction with a Keto Cheeseburger Lettuce Wrap that defies the notion that healthy food lacks excitement. This recipe transforms the humble burger into a gourmet experience by focusing on high-quality fats and intense seasoning. Every bite delivers a symphony of melted cheddar, tangy pickles, and juicy protein without the heavy burden of a flour-based bun.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Grass-Fed Ground Beef
1 large head Butter Lettuce or Romaine Hearts
4 thick slices Aged Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste
1/2 small Red Onion, thinly sliced
810 slices Dill Pickle Chips
1 ripe Avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Divide the grass-fed beef into four equal portions and shape into patties. Season with salt and pepper
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil until shimmering
  3. Place patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes without moving. Flip and add cheese on top
  4. Add a teaspoon of water to the skillet and cover to melt the cheese for 30 seconds. Remove and let rest
  5. Peel and wash large leaves of lettuce, patting them dry
  6. Assemble the wrap with a beef patty, red onion, pickles, and avocado in the lettuce leaves
  7. Fold the lettuce leaves over the filling and serve immediately

Notes

For optimal flavor, season the beef just before cooking. Use two lettuce leaves for structural integrity.
