Ingredients
1 cup Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Virgin Coconut Oil

A pinch Flaky Sea Salt (Maldon)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the organic peanut butter and virgin coconut oil. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely liquid and homogenous
- Remove the pan from the heat. Whisk in the powdered monk fruit and the pure vanilla extract until the sweetener dissolves
- Sift the raw cacao powder into the mixture and whisk until uniform
- Add a tiny pinch of fine sea salt and adjust sweetness if necessary
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, leaving a tiny space at the top
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and freeze for 45 to 60 minutes
