Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the organic peanut butter and virgin coconut oil. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely liquid and homogenous
  2. Remove the pan from the heat. Whisk in the powdered monk fruit and the pure vanilla extract until the sweetener dissolves
  3. Sift the raw cacao powder into the mixture and whisk until uniform
  4. Add a tiny pinch of fine sea salt and adjust sweetness if necessary
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, leaving a tiny space at the top
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and freeze for 45 to 60 minutes
