2 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1 unit Large Egg
4 ounces Nitrate-Free Pepperoni
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth
  3. Stir in the almond flour, garlic powder, dried oregano, and beaten egg until a uniform dough forms
  4. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick

  6. Roll the dough tightly from one of the long edges and slice into 1-inch thick rounds
