14.5 oz Wild-caught Canned Salmo
1 Large Pasture-Raised Egg
1/4 cup Superfine Almond Flour
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
2 Green Onions (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon thoroughly and flake it in a large mixing bowl
  2. Combine all ingredients in the bowl and mix gently until just combined
  3. Divide the mixture into six portions and shape them into patties
  4. Refrigerate the patties for 10-15 minutes to help them set
  5. Heat avocado oil in a skillet and sear the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brow
  6. Serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Notes

For a low-carb option, use two tablespoons of coconut flour instead of almond flour.

Consider adding red pepper flakes for heat or use a flax egg as a binder instead of an egg.
