Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower head and dry it thoroughly with a clean towel. Cut the head into bite-sized florets
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
- Drizzle the avocado oil over the cauliflower florets and toss until every piece is lightly coated. Gradually add the dry breading mixture, tossing continuously to ensure even distributio
- Place the florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy
