3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower head and dry it thoroughly with a clean towel. Cut the head into bite-sized florets
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper
  4. Drizzle the avocado oil over the cauliflower florets and toss until every piece is lightly coated. Gradually add the dry breading mixture, tossing continuously to ensure even distributio
  5. Place the florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy
