Description

4 large pieces Organic Chicken Breasts
4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
34 Fresh Jalapenos (finely diced)
1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
2 tablespoons Green Onions (sliced)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast
  2. Rub the chicken with avocado oil and season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapenos in a bowl. Stuff each chicken breast with the mixture
  4. Sear the stuffed chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C)
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with green onions

Notes

For a creamier filling, consider adding a tablespoon of Greek yogurt or sour cream.

If preferred, chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for added moisture.
