Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) Canned Chickpeas
1 large English Cucumber
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 medium Red Onio
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chickpeas: Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly
