2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
4 large Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Raw Honey
to taste Sea Salt
to taste Cracked Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, chopped rosemary, and raw honey
  2. Place your steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring every inch of the meat is coated
  3. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or up to 4 hours in the fridge
  4. Preheat your grill or a heavy cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and shake off the excess, then place the meat onto the hot surface
  6. Grill the steak for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, aiming for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare
  7. Transfer the steak to a warm plate and tent it loosely with foil to rest for 10 minutes
