Ingredients
2 heads Fresh Broccoli
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Lemon (juice)
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly. Cut into small, even florets
- Place the florets on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet
- Roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, tossing halfway through
- Remove from the oven when charred tips and tender stems are achieved. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top
