1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small glass bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced rosemary, minced thyme, crushed garlic, sea salt, and black pepper
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place your chicken pieces into a shallow dish or reusable silicone bag. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring every surface is coated. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  3. Preheat the Grill: Clean your grill grates and preheat the grill to medium-high heat
  4. Grill the Meat: Place the chicken onto the hot grates. Cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  5. Rest Before Serving: Transfer the chicken to a clean plate and cover loosely with foil. Allow the meat to rest for 5 to 10 minutes

Notes

For a citrus variation, lime juice can be used instead of lemon juice.

If you do not have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs but reduce the quantity by two-thirds.
