Description

Quick Cauliflower Chips are a crispy snack made from fresh cauliflower, seasoned with avocado oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, providing a healthy alternative to traditional chips.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Large Head Fresh Cauliflower
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the green leaves and the heavy stem. Slice the head into very thin, uniform cross-sections
  2. Wash and Dry: Rinse the slices under cold water and dry them thoroughly
  3. Season: Place the dry slices in a bowl, drizzle with Avocado Oil, and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss gently
  4. Arrange: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the cauliflower pieces in a single layer
  5. Cook: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
  6. Cool and Crisp: Let the chips sit on the warm tray for 3-5 minutes to continue crisping

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for even slices to ensure they cook uniformly.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
