2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the green leaves and the heavy stem. Slice the head into very thin, uniform cross-sections
- Wash and Dry: Rinse the slices under cold water and dry them thoroughly
- Season: Place the dry slices in a bowl, drizzle with Avocado Oil, and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss gently
- Arrange: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the cauliflower pieces in a single layer
- Cook: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Cool and Crisp: Let the chips sit on the warm tray for 3-5 minutes to continue crisping
