Instructions
- Dry your corn kernels thoroughly to ensure a golden-brown sear
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil, and let it shimmer before adding cor
- Spread the corn in a single layer for even cooking
- Let the corn cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until it begins to pop or char slightly
- Toss the kernels gently and continue cooking for another 4 minutes
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and sea salt
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve warm
Notes
For a spicy version, replace smoked paprika with cayenne pepper.
Use frozen corn directly without thawing for a crispier result.
