Ingredients

2 cups Organic Sweet Cor
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Lime Fresh Lime Juice


Instructions

  1. Dry your corn kernels thoroughly to ensure a golden-brown sear
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add avocado oil, and let it shimmer before adding cor
  3. Spread the corn in a single layer for even cooking
  4. Let the corn cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until it begins to pop or char slightly
  5. Toss the kernels gently and continue cooking for another 4 minutes
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and sea salt
  7. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top and serve warm

Notes

For a spicy version, replace smoked paprika with cayenne pepper.

Use frozen corn directly without thawing for a crispier result.
