Description

These Rich Almond Flour Crackers redefine what a healthy snack can be. They are crisp, buttery, and perfect for any charcuterie board, proving that gluten-free alternatives can hold their own. Each cracker offers a deep, toasted flavor from high-quality almond flour, complementing premium cheeses beautifully.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Superfine Blanched Almond Flour
1 unit Large Pasture-Raised Egg
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary (crushed)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, sea salt, dried rosemary, and garlic powder
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and olive oil until combined
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and combine until a dough forms
  5. Roll out the dough between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thickness and score into squares
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely on the baking sheet

Notes

For a vegan version, replace the egg with a flax egg.

Ensure uniform thickness while rolling the dough for even baking.
