Instructions
- Slice the spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds, cleaning them in lukewarm water to separate the seeds from the pulp
- Dry the seeds thoroughly by patting them with a kitchen towel and letting them air dry for at least 30 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). In a small bowl, toss the dried seeds with olive oil and spices until evenly coated
- Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the tray every 7 minutes
- Remove from the oven when they turn golden tan and fragrant, let cool completely on the tray
