2 pounds Brussels Sprouts
23 tablespoons extra virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut larger sprouts in half or quarters
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated
  4. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet
