Ingredients
2 pounds Brussels Sprouts
2–3 tablespoons extra virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the ends, and cut larger sprouts in half or quarters
- In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet
- Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm
