1/2 cup Raw Honey
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos or Tamari
46 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Sesame Seeds & Green Onions for Garnish


Instructions

  1. Sear for Success: Heat Avocado Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brow
  2. Whisk the Glaze: In a small bowl, combine honey, coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk until smooth
  3. Slow Cook to Perfection: Place seared chicken in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce over the chicken and set the cooker on low for 4-5 hours
  4. Thicken the Sauce: Remove chicken once tender, pour sauce into a saucepan and simmer for 5-10 minutes to thicke
  5. The Final Touch: Return chicken to the glaze or pour sauce over it on a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions

Notes

Always use fresh aromatics for the best flavor.

If the sauce is too thin, whisk 1 teaspoon of arrowroot powder with a tablespoon of cold water and stir it into the simmering sauce.
