Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz each) Organic Chickpeas
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Ground Cumi
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (Optional)
Instructions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the dried chickpeas on a baking sheet with olive oil and a pinch of salt
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 minutes for even browning
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with spice blend while hot, toss to coat, then return to oven for 5 to 8 minutes
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet
