Ingredients
8 ounces Thick-Cut Bacon, sliced into 1-inch pieces
2 large Bell Peppers, sliced into thin strips
1 cup Snap Peas, trimmed
1 medium Red Onion, thinly sliced into wedges
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
3 tablespoons Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
1 to 2 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes, to taste
2 stalks Green Onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- Render the Bacon: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, cook the bacon pieces until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving about one tablespoon of bacon fat in the pa
