Description

Spicy Garlic Steak Pasta combines seared grass-fed beef with garlic-infused pasta for a high-octane flavor and protein-rich experience, ensuring satisfaction and health.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Grass-Fed Steak
12 oz High-Quality Pasta
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
68 cloves Fresh Garlic
12 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 bunch Fresh Parsley
Sea Salt
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1 cup Reserved Pasta Water
1 tsp Raw Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side and rest
  2. Boil heavily salted water and cook pasta until just shy of al dente, reserving one cup of water
  3. In the skillet, infuse more olive oil, add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant
  4. Deglaze with reserved pasta water, add honey or syrup, and reduce to a light glaze
  5. Add drained pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, and adjust sauce thickness with pasta water
  6. Slice rested steak against the grain, fold into pasta with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.

Make sure to slice the steak thinly against the grain for tenderness.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat gently to maintain texture.
