Ingredients
Scale
1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye Steak
12 oz Whole Grain or Gluten-Free Pasta
6–8 cloves Fresh Garlic
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

- Sear the Steak: Pat steak cubes dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove and let rest
- Toast the Garlic: Lower heat, add remaining olive oil to the skillet, and cook sliced garlic and red pepper flakes until golden and fragrant
- Build the Sauce: Add reserved pasta water to the skillet and scrape up browned bits. Let simmer for a minute
- Combine: Add cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the garlic-infused oil
- Final Flourish: Remove from heat, stir in parsley and lemon juice, then serve immediately
