Ingredients
1.5 cups Frozen Organic Strawberries
1 medium Ripe Spotted Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
1 tablespoon Raw Honey or Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Start by pouring your chosen milk into the blender canister
- Spoon in the Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative), the honey, and the vanilla extract
- Drop in your ripe banana pieces followed by the frozen strawberries
- Pulse the blender five or six times to break up the frozen fruit
