1 medium Ripe Spotted Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt

1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract


Instructions

  1. Start by pouring your chosen milk into the blender canister
  2. Spoon in the Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative), the honey, and the vanilla extract
  3. Drop in your ripe banana pieces followed by the frozen strawberries
  4. Pulse the blender five or six times to break up the frozen fruit
  5. Turn the blender to its highest setting and process for 45 to 60 seconds
  6. Stop the blender and check the consistency; adjust with more milk if desired
  7. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and enjoy
