2 tablespoons Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides (Optional)
1 teaspoon Guar Gum (Optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl or blender, whisk together your choice of milk, monk fruit, vanilla, and sea salt until the sweetener dissolves completely
  2. If using collagen or guar gum, whisk them in slowly to avoid clumping
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line
  4. Secure the lid and freeze the pint for a full 24 hours
  5. Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Creami' functio
  6. If the mixture looks crumbly after the first spin, add one tablespoon of liquid and select the 'Re-spin' butto
  7. Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, serve immediately

Notes

For a vegan version, replace dairy with a blend of coconut milk and cashew milk.

Cacao nibs or crushed walnuts can be added for crunch after the initial spin.
