Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Grass-Fed Whole Milk
1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener or Allulose
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Bean Paste or Extract
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides (Optional)
1 teaspoon Guar Gum (Optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or blender, whisk together your choice of milk, monk fruit, vanilla, and sea salt until the sweetener dissolves completely
- If using collagen or guar gum, whisk them in slowly to avoid clumping
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line

- Remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Creami' functio
- If the mixture looks crumbly after the first spin, add one tablespoon of liquid and select the 'Re-spin' butto
- Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, serve immediately
Notes
For a vegan version, replace dairy with a blend of coconut milk and cashew milk.
